Company & Office Services

We offer you a range of services that help you start your company and also manage it effectively. They include:

1. Activate a dormant company (£70) –You can start trading with this company once we send you the documents pertaining to ownership.
2. Combined Company Register (£20) –This is required to be maintained by law. Includes many different registers.
3. Company Metal Seal (£25) – You’ll need this to authenticate documents and contracts. It has the company name and registration number.
4. Corporate Secretary (£50) – In case you do not wish to get family members or friends in your business and do not have a person who will be the secretary for your Limited company, we will help you with a Nominee secretary. This person will not be involved in work.
5. Dedicated Telephone (set up fees £75 + one month advance service £25) – All calls will be answered in your company’s name and messages will be delivered to you.
6. Dormant Accounts (£50) – If you haven’t traded using your company you will still have to file annual accounts properly. We help you avoid penalties for delayed or non-filing of accounts.
7. Mail Forwarding – We will send you any mails that come for you for a postage and handling charge of £0.60 for every mail. OPTION 1 (£55) is best if you do get many mails every month. OPTION 2 (£75) is best is you get many messages. You need to pay the fees for OPTION 2 every quarter in advance.
8. Name Change (£50) – We will get your company’s name changed to something suitable within a period of 7 days.
9. Registered Office (£85 for the first year) – We can give you a registered office service where all your official mail will be received.
10. Nominee services (£50) – We can provide your company with nominee director and shareholder in case you do not wish to do so. Our employees will act on your behalf (subject to certain terms and conditions).
11. UK Company Searches (£10 onwards) – We will help you find out necessary information on companies.
